Please read these before booking.
Payment & booking
- ♥Full payment is required before I begin designing your home or room.
- ♥Payments are accepted through Cash App and PayPal. Payment details are confirmed once it is your turn.
- ♥I will only request payment when it is your turn in the queue.
- ♥Your payment secures your place and allows me to begin working on your project.
Communication & respect
- ♥Harassment, disrespect, bullying, or inappropriate communication will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- ♥Please communicate concerns respectfully. I am always willing to work with you, but disrespect will result in your project being paused or cancelled.
- ♥Constant messages, pressure, or repeatedly asking for updates will not speed up your project.
Timelines & rushing
- ♥Each project is completed according to my current schedule and the complexity of the design.
- ♥Official Rush Delivery and Skip the Line add ons secure priority placement in the queue.
- ♥Pressuring or rushing outside of those add ons will not move your project ahead faster, and may result in delays, your project being moved back in the queue, or cancellation.
- ♥Please allow me the time needed to create a design that is detailed, intentional, and meets my quality standards.
Delays & unexpected issues
- ♥If a delay or problem occurs on my behalf, I will communicate with you as soon as possible.
- ♥If I am unable to complete your project, I may issue a refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- ♥Refunds will reflect the portion of the project that has not been completed.
Client responsibility
- ♥Please provide your inspiration, preferred colors, themes, and design details before I begin.
- ♥Once your project has started, please respond to questions and requests for information in a timely manner.
- ♥Delays caused by missing information, late responses, or changes in direction may affect your completion time.
Design changes
- ♥Please communicate desired changes clearly and as early as possible.
- ♥Excessive changes or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
- ♥Once the design is finalized, major changes may not be possible without additional time or payment.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. My goal is to provide every client with a smooth, creative, and enjoyable experience while maintaining a respectful working environment.
